Super cute black blouse from Topshop

-The cutest black blouse you will ever own!!! -Cutest detailing, ties in the back (adjustable tie) and buttons at the top. So flattering! Sleeves also button/unbutton -Brand is Topshop, from Nordstrom -Size US 2 (XS/S) and fits TTS. -In great condition & only worn a few times. Unfortunatley, under the left armpit and going down the left side of the shirt has a rip (as shown in last photo). Hard to notice due to the under layer of the shirt
