Super cute black & white formal dress

Worn only 1 time as u see in the picture. It's super flattering form fitted dress! It's a size small yes it fits my chest area although I am a 36DD thought id pu it out there! It may be a small but it a stretchy kind of material, it has a built in necklace it's super cute
