Super cute boutique small dress

Bought at a local boutique, super flattering for booty and flattering on top with big chest or small chest. I did have the owner of the boutique make this shorter for me as I’m 5’5 and it was too long as first and now fits perfect to wear with sandals, flats and heels if wanted.
