Super cute boutique style shorts!

These shorts can dress up or down. Blue and white stripes, tie front - adorable! I'm a size 6 and they are a tiny bit too large for me although tag says small. Unless you like shorts baggy, than 6 is probably about right. These are so soft and comfy!
