Super cute cream and navy blue dress

This dress is so cute! The cream color top portion is beautiful and soft fabric that lays flat on your skin, the navy blue has a beautiful contrast and has somewhat of a structure to it with the ruffles. I've never seen a dress like it actually and wish I could wear it to something but it's time to let it go. Never worn, still has the tags. Size is large but fits medium to large. I think it's from a California store and their sizing was a bit on the smaller side. Thanks for looking!
