Super cute dress!

Detailed stitching on the top. Fully lined on the bottom (shown in pic). The way they did the lining makes it flare at the bottom. The tag says medium but it fits like an XS so I am listing it under small to capture the proper audience. This isn’t even a medium in Junior’s. 55% polyester, 45% cotton.
