Navy blue and white with cobalt blue and a light blue mix of colors in this fun and flirty dress. Size 12. Elastic at the waist but you can put a cute belt with it, if you want to. Has a ruffled bottom launder skirt that lines the dress from the waist down, and adds some cuteness at the same time! The length of the dress is 42” from the shoulders, and pit to pit is 20” but can stretch out to 22” if needed. The arm openings are 8 1/2”, and the waist sits at 15” but also can stretch out.NWOT
