Super cute hi/low tank style dress

This dress is sooo adorable on! It is a crepey type material…very light and flowy! It has very cute details with the braided back and layered higher front. It does have a small spot in the back hem that is frayed but it is not noticeable and might even seem like it is supposed to be that way. See picture.
