Super cute navy blue dress with flower details size 4

Adorable dress purchased in Japan I can’t read the size but I believe it’s comparable to a size 4. Measurements approximately 32” from shoulder to hem, 13” from armpit to armpit. Navy blue with 2 working pockets! Extremely flattering cut, zips up the back, has built in liner.
