This is a one piece, red top, black bottom dress with POCKETS!! Lovely, deep V-neck with ruffles and fitted bodice. Invisible side zipper for a perfect fit. There are no tags, but it is size medium. Measures 32” from shoulder to hem. Waist laying flat is 16” but can stretch to 20”. Soft, comfy cotton with stretch fabric.
