I wore this when I was a size 2X. Since this is a reconstructed top you do need to go by the measurements. It is very cute and can be worn with jeans or leggings. The measurements are 20 inches armpit to armpit. Waist is 19 inches and hips are 23 inches. From shoulder to hem it is 33 inches long. Non-smoking house dog friendly house.
