Super fun High Low Dress or pageant fun fashion

Anytime I wear this dress the compliments fly. The dress does have a little stretch to it and is a size 5 in Juniors or a 2-4 in regular women’s sizes. Dress was purchased at JcPenny. Will include the faux fur shawl as well which is from Venus. The under side of the train does have some slight dirty spots (not even noticeable) which I can spot clean before shipping.
