Super fun dress with unique back!

This dress was one of my favorites! Worn once to a wedding and I got so many compliments! This dress has a higher neck and then scoops down slightly in the back- great design and very flattering on! This was a limited edition line at Target by the designer Richard Chai! This is a size 3 but fits more like a 0/2.
