Super fun scoop neck dress

This fun and lovely dress was made by Bailey 44 and was bought in a boutique in Orange County, CA. The dress is an XS and made of a cotton blend and spandex. The neck and arm holes and decorated with small pleats by way of using small amounts of elastic. The 3 toned dress is a cream/ beige on top, olive green/brown row around the middle and solid black from the waist down. From shoulder to bottom of dress it’s 32”. Bottom hem sits above knees. Worn a few times but still looks new!
