Super long turtleneck sweater cover/dress S/XS

This is a super long dark green turtleneck sweater. The...front?...has a wrap design almost like a turtleneck poncho. It doesnt matter which side you want to put that - I cant find tags. Feels like a snuggy. Worn this a couple of times with leggings but it's just not me. Could fit a small/xs, maybe even a medium.
