Super soft Stretch mini Dress with neckline cut out

This mini dress is buttery soft and has about a 50% stretch to it. It’s in great condition gently worn. The neckline has a cut out, and the collar looks almost like a choker went worn. It’s forfeited, but the skirt is a bit of a flair.
