What are measurements: Across chest (from armpit to armpit), length to hem ( from back neck to bottom of shirt), and length of sleeve? what are washing/drying instructions? Thanks

@dzung this is dry clean only. Length 21.5" down front, approx 22.5" down the back, Width across armpits is approx 19", anything else?
