How does this fit and does it run small and where does it fall , over hips?

@jtlagrasse72 hello, thanks for your interest :) this is a loose fit on me. I think it is actually true to size. It is ideal length like a t-shirt and doesn't fall short or long on hips.

@jtlagrasse72 it's not a deep V. Material is satin-like, very soft! It's stretchy too. I'm sorry I'm not home right now but remind me and I'll post a pic of the tag that shows the material. Don't want to give inaccurate info :)
