Super unique vintage Scandinavian hand painted tile rooster trivet 8” stamped

Vintage from the 1960’s Materials: ceramic, pottery, clay A large unique rare stoneware tile with an image of a rooster , designed by Konrad Galaaen and dated 1966. The tile is held in a wooden frame or . The tile measures 8" square. Framed 8 1/2" square. Used in excellent vintage condition. Some of the glue has loosened between the tile and the wood frame. This can either be reglued or can serve as a perfect opportunity to remove the tile from the frame and use the tile on its own. The tile is heavy. Great with other mid mod pottery and glass pieces
