In perfect condition but they have been washed and dried so any shrinking that will happen has already. They are a baggy style. With 100% organic cotton there is limited stretch so see all measurements in photos. It is about 29" at the natural waist. The company says they "Fuse Americana and Japanese inspired graphics with British Style." I'd say they would fit a woman size 6 (if you like loose and baggy) or 8 (more fitted) better than my size. I am a size 10 and they are too tight not baggy. I will be buying a larger size since I love these so much. Comes from a no smoking and no pet home.
