@ishitagupta hi there! It’s 14" Bust and 18" Hips unstretched. But the sizing guide on Revolve says XS for this product is 0-2 (32.5-33.5” bust and 25-26” waist). I’m a size 0 in most things and wear about a 24 in jeans and this fits me a bit loose around the waist, it’s a smidge short on me though and I’m almost 5’6”.
