Our long lasting liquid lipstick formula with Micro-Flex technology stays fresh through 200 bites, 120 sips & countless kisses. Step 1. Apply liquid lipstick to clean, bare lips. Step 2. Allow two minutes to dry, then apply the ultra-conditioning balm to seal in moisture. Step 3. Remove with an oil-based makeup remover. Bought to wear for a wedding & it just didn’t meet my expectations color wise. It has been sanitized since that use. The color is ‘So Pearly Pink’
