New with tags, “Celeste” mini skirt by Sur La Vague. This brand comes only in ‘one size’ which appears to be small-medium. I have the measurements in the pictures so you can compare them to something of yours. With the skirt lying flat it is 13 inches at the waist. However, the back of the skirt is elastic so it could stretch about another inch or so to 14”. It is 100% cotton and the skirt is lined. Let me know if you have any questions.
