Surf Gypsy Fun Black Top, Size Medium

This fun top is lightweight and slightly sheer. It has an elasticized collar that I believe you could wear off the shoulders, if preferred. It has bell sleeves highlighted by multicolored embroidery and pom-poms. Fabric content is 100% rayon. Measurements are length 20 inches and pit to pit approximately 19 inches.
