Surf shorts from Suncatcher Surf Shop in Stone Harbor. Size S. Gray with Palm Tree designs all over. Velcro closure pocket in back. The waist laying flat is 13-1/2". I'm not sure, but I believe these are women. Their site are showing waist size as a woman. Please look at the website to verify.
