Surplice Front Sleeveless Three Tiered Little Black Dress

Stretchy sleeveless little black dress with a surplice front and three tiered skirt. Empire waist with spot for belt right under. Bodice is lined. Material is jersey so the skirt doesn't have a lot of volume but moves when you walk. Size 10. !! There is a small rip under one of the arms/armpit where the lining connects.
