I purchased from the Surratt website shade 6 and 6.5 and neither shade is right for me. I swatched on my hand they are essentially brand new. Surratt will not take returns once the seal is broken

nyccowgirl_ Hi, the shades online look all over the place. Lol how true would you say these are to the swatches on their website? I've seen someone on YouTube use 5 which looks too light for me and another 7 and 9 and she's usually a shade or two darker than me in other brands. But then 6 and 6 . 5 (and 7) look darker than 9. Thanks in advance.

michelek69 @nyccowgirl_ they colors look like the swatches on the website. I normally take a medium beige in other foundations that’s why I chose the shade 6.5 but it’s too dark for me. I then bought the shade 6 hoping it would be a better match I should’ve read the color because it has some pink cool tone in it and it’s not a good match either. The colors really do look like their swatches
