SOLD on another platform. This is beautiful 100% Cotton and Made in the USA. The skirt has pockets at side seams and has flattering pleats across the front. Waist is 32 inches total and length is 34 inches. Top has a lovely lapel collar. PTP 22 inches. Shoulder to hem is 25 inches. Oh and it has shoulder pads!
