This gorgeous Susan Graver Romper Dress has black shorts underneath it's skirt. it is black with a print of white chains all over. it has lovely buttons that I believe are a white acrylic set in a metal casing. there are two front chest pockets that close with buttons. the top portion is button down, and the waist is elastic. the dress is sleeveless and has an open collar.
