Susan Graver Velvety Top Red & Black Soft Dressy Size XS but fits S-M & maybe L

This pretty long sleeve top with a cowl’s neck is velvety soft! It is mostly black and red, with what looks like hints of orange too. Susan Graver is a great, high-quality brand and this top would be perfect for a fancy, dressier event. Great top for this holiday season! Approximate measurements: 21” PTP (so, even though it’s size XS, based on the measurements it’s oversized for XS and would also work for someone typically size small, medium and possibly large) & 25” L Excellent, pre-owned condition!
