Susan Graver designed, split sleeve top/blouse

This has a scoop neck with a regular hemline and a plain back, bright red in color. It’s claim to fame are the sleeves. They are slit from shoulder to wrist with four tabs, connecting them together down the run of the sleeve. See photos. Very unique. The edge of the hem on the sleeves is shirred. Only worn one time. In excellent condition.
