Susan Howard Petites Vintage 80’s Dress . 10P ?

This vintage dress does not have a size label. My best guess is a 10P. I wear 12’s and 14’s and I could fit it over my head. I could not pull down over my hips. The bottom hem is 40” around. So no matter than “hips” are is slightly bigger, you have to get them dress pulled over yours! The sleeves were tight, but doable. So that leaves me with a best guess of 10P!! I will not accept less than $12 Excellent condition, There are two string style belt loops. No belt. BUNDLE to save on shipping. 🐞
