Susan Lawrence Black and White Blouse

This is a beautifully made blouse with a black lining. It is short-sleeved and has a draping-type neckline with black lace in the middle as seen in the pictures. It is 91% polyester and 9% spandex and the lining is 100% polyester. The measurements are 19.5" pit to pit, 25" from mid-shoulder to hem, and 7" from shoulder seam to end of short sleeve.
