This is a fun and fabulous, go with everything tunic top. Rounded, elasticized neck with a v opening that can be closed with the gold chains or left open with the chains dangling ( I always wore it like this... looks great! ) 3/4 elasticize de sleeves. Side slits. Great bright colors contrasting with navy. Easy care 95% polyester with 5% spandex to keep its shape.
