Very nice material. 86% spandex, 14% lycra. Soft drape. Fitted around hips, then looser mid thigh down. 1" elastic waist band. No pockets. Pants hit above the ankle. SIze S, runs a little small. The second to last picture shows a small "something" maybe a pull? The last picture shows the area at a distance. It isn't very visible but it is there. These pants work perfectly with my Fray Velvet burgundy blazer and Carol Horn's Habitat silk blouse. Smoke free home.

@susierox Hi, I'll get back to you before 12, I'm PST. I just tried them on. They hit below my waist and the pants are above the ankle.

The inseam is 25 1/4" and the rise is and the rise is 12". When measuring I noticed "something". I'll add two images. If you're interested I'll see if it irons out. It isn't visible from afar, but it is "something.
