Suzanne Betro Large blouse

My sister gave me shirt and I don’t fit this one but it is a really cute spring or summer top! Has strings to tie the back and a cute ripple design in the front. I did find a imperfection on the front and the back— looks like a grey paint streak but you can’t really notice it with the pattern.
