Suzanne rae blue gingham puff sleeve lace dress size 40 nwot

Gorgeous and unique dress by indie designer Suzanne rae! I’ve had it for years, but I bought it final sale before I knew my size in her line. NWOT. The dress has amazing puff sleeves with ruffles and the shoulder and sleeve hem. It has a folk lace insert on the bodice and lining the collar with a raw edge. Button down front with hidden placket. Ruffle hem. A size 40, I believe this translates to a size 4 roughly. The length is approx 48”, bust 17.5”, waist 14.5” and hips 19”. No stretch.
