mj1328 Hello! I ordered a pair of these on Jan 8th... I was wondering what was the status as they have bot yet been shipped. I didnt realize that you applied the crystals on my hand... I was thinking of possibly purchasing a different style but still through you. So I guess my question is : have you made my pair yet?

dianaski @mj1328 Hello, Thanks for getting in touch. Your order took a bit longer to process than usual as your shoe size needed to be ordered online from Footlocker, who took longer than usual to process the order, and USPS also delayed the shipment to us. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and I regret to say I am unable to make any changes to the order at this time.

dianaski @mj1328 Your shoes were shipped out earlier today, Friday January 19 via drop box. Sometimes USPS gets to these packages later that same evening, other times they do not get scanned in until the next day. Please allow until the end of day on Saturday for tracking to update

dianaski @mj1328 When did you cancel the order? I may need to take action with USPS and purchase a package intercept to prevent delivery if Poshmark finalizes the cancellation.

dianaski @mj1328 Once Poshmark finalizes the cancellation, you will be refunded and I will not be eligible to receive reimbursement for this shoe, so it is imperative that I have the package shipped back to me. We will need to wait and see how Poshmark chooses to handle this order before we can move forward.

dianaski @mj1328 I still have not heard back from Poshmark, possibly due to the weekend? May need to wait until Monday to see what happens. And yes, I can accept the offer you submitted, as long as you're okay with your order being substituted with the newer version of those shoes, the Free RN 2017. The shoes listed and pictured are the 2016 model, and I no longer carry your size in that particular model.

dianaski @mj1328 I do not see a refund on my end either, nor have I received any emails from Poshmark about the cancellation request. You'll just need to confirm receipt of the package to finalize the transaction
