My tips to stretch safely! •Wait atleast 2 month before going up to the next size, if your sick in any way (from a cold, or infection of anything) start that month over after your all better (or 3 months after a piercing or tattoo) •It should not be painful at all! If its more painful than "I couldn't tell", wait until the size your at feels very loose or begins to fall out (it could be a while, everyone heals differently). •Fiddling or fidgeting with them can expose them to bacteria, so leave them be. •If your still impatient and don't heed my warnings, doing it too fast can and will lead to consistent pain (because your body is always trying to heal from a new injury), and the lobe will get very thin and won't be nice, fleshy, and healthy looking.
