Sweat pea mini black dress (size up)

I wore this once and was so cute stockings and polka dot pumps. The bottom kinda holds down due to the shape and could be used for LBD like I did or a beach cover up since short. So comfy mesh type fabric so drink and eat freely!bought at Bloomies not sure they make this brand anymore
