Will consider all offers! NWT New York & Company sweater/cardigan, bottom falls right at top of hips. Beautiful ribbed fabric with one line of eyelet detail every 2.5 inches (shown up close in last picture) Grommets on front to tie bow (shown in pictures 3, 4, and 5) or clasp option to close top of sweater (shown in picture 4). ((Two cloth pieces hanging for bow could be removed if you want to DIY/cut them off, but does not have snap to take off and put back on))
