Sweater Blouse with bottom detail

Perception Concept Blouse Doesn't have a size nor a fabric detail tag but the blouse itself is like a light sweater material and bottom part is similar to a polyester. There's a slight ruched to the back bottom fabric almost unnoticeable once worn. Im a small and this blouse is loose on me so Im guessing it's a medium.
