Sweater Pattern Boy or Girl Knitting EU size 24 - 34" DK yarn

This is a vintage knitting pattern booklet for a childs Sweater. It was published in Great Britain by Sirdar, #4413, 24" - 34" for Boy or Girl. DK yarn. Using the standard knitting abbreviations (might be a bit different due to Uk English is different on some things than the USA English) I tried looking up sizes online but I got completely lost. Any help on this would be appreciated. 4 pages approx 7" x 9.5" leaflet.
