Sweater Project Belted Poncho Turtleneck

Grey with Black stripes turtleneck sweater poncho style. Has a knitted belt that fit through knitted holes in front and back for a snug fit at the waist. On the lower ends, sewed on buttons on both sides keeps the garment closed. This is a one size fit most. Realistically can be worn up to a size 16.
