Sweater looking scarf ( not sweater!!) navy

This is very unique scarf. It looks like sweater but it is not. If you wear as scarf, just like you out your sweater around your neck, it makes perfect square shape on your back. I think it’s cashmere but didn’t say the material anywhere.
