drland I will go measure, but it stretches, so I'm not sure if that will give you the info you need

drland so laid flat, it was 15" wide at the elastic band (which is actually at the bottom edge of the black sweater ribbing at the top), so 31"? (giving .5" on each side that didn't lay flat) I had the person holding it stretch their fingers and it easily stretched to 21" (again, not circumference, but holding the measuring tape across it). Does that answer?
