thenameisalyson Hi Sharice! I just received the package, but there was only one shoe in the package. It wasn't tampered with at all. I'm having trouble signing into the profile that I purchased them through, so I had to make another account.

sharicee I had wrapped each one individually and placed them inside the purple polymailer.

thenameisalyson @sharicee Not at all! Solidly wrapped in the purple, then the cute purple inner bag, then the ziploc, then just one shoe was wrapped in the bubblewrap.

sharicee @thenameisalyson I am so sorry, I have looked around my house and the other shoe is definitely not here. I guess I will open a case on Posh so you can get a refund.

sharicee @thenameisalyson Yeah I wrapped them individually, so they wouldn’t bang around in transit. Each shoe was wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a plastic bag. So the other shoe must have fallen out or something.

thenameisalyson @sharicee Were there supposed to be both shoes in the one ziploc? Or each shoe had its own ziploc and the right shoe one didn't make it into the inner purple bag?

sharicee @thenameisalyson I have searched my house and I only make 1-2 sales on Posh monthly so I am super careful. I am so sorry this happened, I used packing tape to bind both individually wrapped shoes together. I wonder if the polymailer came open and something happened and someone at the post office sealed it back up or something. I feel so bad I know you had hoped to wear them to an event, I already contacted Posh about getting your refund. I am so sorry that this happened.
