Vintage size 44 - USA VINTAGE 16 I think this fits more like a contemporary size 10 women’s. See measurements below. Purchased at a vintage store in Berlin Germany. Super fun 1970s knit jersey button down shirt with pointy collar. Some fading to the fabric in line with age and washing 20 inches armpit to armpit 21 inches shoulder to hem 23 inches sleeve length (from shoulder of sleeve cuff)
