Sweet 16 short tulle dress

size xs i didnt want a quinceñera so for my 15th bday, i bought a mini version and had a small celebration bought the dress in 2015 its been covered with a plastic coat bag and hung in my closet ever since. keyhole open back, sweetheart neckline with lace overlay its well made, thick with padding the dress looks a bit smushedbec of storage but just needs so repoofing it is a poofy, short dress there is a very faint beige stain that is only on the top 2-3 layers of tulle as i tried to show
