Sweet, Blue polka dot dress

This sweet dress is 100% cotton blue with white polka dot, flutter sleeves, and sweet little heart buttons on the back. It is light weight and perfect for spring/summer or with leggings/tights and a sweater for the fall! Size stars is 18 months but my girl wore it a few times from 12 months to 24 months.
